The company has been providing this service for over 30+ years, employing highly skilled engineers and working with the latest in CNC controlled machines. Operating from a 550 m² workshop in West Yorkshire and working with a wide range of industries throughout the UK.
We understand that to be operational, it is important that your knives are kept in pristine condition at all times. For your convenience, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service throughout the North of England with a 7-day turnaround. If you have more urgent needs we may be able to have your machine knives back to you in one day, call us for more details.
Atlas Machine Knives offer a bespoke service, tailored to your needs, whether it’s a one off annual guillotine sharpening or weekly sharpening, no job is too big or too small.

As well as sharpening machines knives we also sell a wide range of products from our comprehensive stock. All of our knives either meet or exceed OEM specifications and are available in a wide range of materials, cutting angles and relief bevels.
We can manufacture from a wide range of steels including high speed steel (M2), high carbon (D3), high carbon/high chrome (D2), tool steel (EN31) and carbon spring steel (CS95). Stocking even more rare material including powder metallurgy (CPM10V) and tungsten carbide (WC).
